4. Refund Policy

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact us immediately at info@songwithlove.com before filing a chargeback with your financial institution.

5. Chargeback Policy

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital content constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account and access to all purchased content
• Legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs
• Recovery of fees, expenses, and damages related to the dispute process
• Reporting to fraud prevention databases

6. Delivery

Delivery begins after successful payment and follows the selected package: Essential within 72 hours, Premium within 48 hours, and Ultimate within 24 hours.

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. User Input Responsibility

We are not responsible for incorrect information entered by customers during the order process.
